چکیده

نسبیت گرایی معرفت شناختی در اخلاق، با پذیرش دست کم برخی تفاوت های اخلاقی به این تفاوت ها برحسب ارزش های معرفتی مانند صدق و توجیه پذیری عطف توجه می کند. ارائه تحلیلی نسبیت گرایانه از گزاره های اخلاقی که هم اطلاق اصطلاحات معرفتی در آنها را بپذیرد و هم تفاوت های اساسی و اختلاف های حل ناشدنی را تبیین کند بخش محوری تلاش دیوید ونگ، فیلسوف چینی الاصل آمریکائی است که تحولات اخیر در فلسفه زبان را نیز مدنظر قرار داده است. این جستار در پنج بخش تنظیم شده است: مقدمه؛ تحولات اخیر در فلسفه زبان؛ نقص های نظریات نسبیت گرایانه پیشین؛ تحلیل نسبیت گرایانه ونگ از گزاره های اخلاقی؛ بررسی و نقد تحلیل نسبیت گرایانه ونگ.

چکیده [English]

Epistemological relativism presupposes at least some fundamental moral differences, and addresses those differences in terms of epistemic values such as truth and justifiability. To suggest relativist analysis of moral statements which account for both cognitive locutions found in moral language and the differences in moral beliefs is main task of Wong’s theory, that also considered new developments in philosophy of language. This essay consists of five sections: introduction; recent development in philosophy of language; faults of prior relativist theories; Wong’s relativist analysis of moral statements; critique of Wong’s relativist analysis.
