نقش خوش بینی کیهانی و فرهنگ در معنای داری زندگی از نظر جان هیک

چکیده

پرسش از معنای زندگی در فلسفه مساله ایست که واقع گرایانی همچون جان هیک را بر آن داشته تا تبیینی از این مساله بر اساس مبانی خود ارائه دهد . وی با توجه به مولفه های کانتی و ویتگنشتاینی در شبکه تفکرات خود به" معنای عملی زندگی" تصریح کرده و معنای عملی زندگی را در گرو رابطه ای دوطرفه بین انسان و جهان میداند . بنابراین لاجرم به تاثیرجهان به عنوان امری که انسان زندگی خود را در آن تجربه میکند، پرداخته و تفسیر جهان را به خوش بینی کیهانی - مفهومی که دارای دو مولفه غایت رئوف (خیر) و ساختار متناسب با این غایت از جهان است - منوط میکند . وی ، این خوش بینی کیهانی را نیز مرهون باورهای دینی می داند . براین اساس، او چرخشی را در پرسش از معنای زندگی ایجاد کرده و آنرا به پرسش از "ماهیت جهان" و سپس از "ماهیت جهان" به پرسش از "خصوصیات دینی که قضاوت بهتری را از جهان به ما عرضه میکند" تبدیل میکند . گذشته از بررسی تبیین نظر جان هیک در باره معنای عملی زندگی با توجه به مولفه های تفکر او در محدوده واقع گرایی انتقادی وی ، نحوه انتقال او ازمقوله فرهنگ به دین ، عدم شمول گرایی نظریه وی و اختصاص آن تنها به ادیان ابراهیمی ، و در نهایت عدم استلزام بین خوش بینی کیهانی و باورهای دینی ، از جمله مسائلی است که مهمترین مباحث این مقاله را به خود اختصاص داده است .

چکیده [English]

The question of the “meaning of life” has always studied by philosophers like John Hick and led them to make an explanation regarding their philosophical bases about it. John Hick mentions “the meaning of life” in his work based on the concepts he borrows from Wittgenstein and Kant and states that the meaning of life depends on an interrelation between the human and the world. Thus, he inevitably talks about the world as a place in which the human experiences his life and then he relates the explanation of the world to the cosmic optimism. He, then, thinks that the cosmic optimism depends on religious beliefs. Therefore, he makes a turn from the question of “the meaning of life” to the question of “the world’s nature” and then, from the “world’s nature” to “the religious features which give us better judgments about the world”. The article is going to explain his point of view about the meaning of life regarding his ideas about critical realism and then, is going to consider the results and notes about it such as being allocated merely to Abrahamic religions, being not general and being no implication between cosmic optimism and religious belief.
